(2kg Dry - Must be prepared before use)
Tiger nuts are an old school particle and one of my favourites. These are full of natural sugars, perfect to be used all year round. To prepare, simply add to a bucket, cover with plenty of water, soak for a minimum of 24 hours, then boil for 30-40 minutes. Leave to cool in a sealed bucket, you can either use them straight away or even better leave them to ferment in a warm place.
