Here, we have 3 varieties of tiger nuts,skinless tiger nuts with the tough outer shell removed, giving a softer texture and greater sweetness once cooked.
Alternatively, we have XXL tigers with the shell attached or black tiger nuts. 
All of these have been soaked and cooked in an old school recipe that has stood the test of time, now forgotten by many. Then the very best are hand selected, potted and provided to you soaked in a rendered down version of our 'Inspire'.  This is an in-house liquid, including over 20 ingredients, which are cooked and rendered down, making it unique to midtown baits and something that can't be copied!!
