Buckwheat 
This low-density ‘pyramid shaped’ particle has an inner kernel very similar to Hemp Seed. It's also very successful in particle mixes, Buck Wheat has a valuable natural oil content, which fish find very attractive all through the year.
To prepare, simply soak in cold water for about twelve hours, then boil for five to ten minutes until the seed splits, showing the kernel.
